Accessibility goals
All information and services published on surveygenerator.com should be accessible and be able to use for all visitors, regardless of whether they have a disability and regardless of which browser or operating system they use. There are some basic requirements for browsers - see the section Requirements for browsers.
The website is designed and developed to follow the guidelines contained in the World Wide Web Consortiums (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.
Accessibility features
Here is some information that will make it easier for you to use our website. Most of the information is general and also apply to other websites.
Font size
The website uses relative font size, which means that it is possible to change the text size with the help of the browser's built-in functionality. Depending on which browser you use, how to change font size varies. If you are unsure of how to do this, there is information about it in the browser's documentation.
New windows
Generally, links should not be opened in new windows. Exceptions may exist for certain document formats, such as PDF. When a link opens in a new window, it should be indicated.
If you want to open a link in a new window or a new tab yourself, you can do so by right-clicking on the link and selecting "Open in new window" or "Open in new tab". You can also hold down a key while clicking a link to open it in a new window or tab. Which key varies between browser and operating system, but the most common is Ctrl in Windows and Cmd in Mac.
Keyboard navigation
If you have difficulty operating a mouse, it is often easier to navigate using the keyboard. In most browsers, you can do this by using the Tab key to jump from one focus to the next, and the Enter or Return key to activate a link. To jump to the previous link, hold down the Shift key while pressing Tab. If it does not work in your browser, there should be information on how to do it in the browser's documentation or help system.
Requirements for browsers
As of July 31, 2021, Survey Generator will stop development for the Internet Explorer browser. This means that, if you use Internet Explorer, you may experience that newly developed parts of the tool do not work as expected. An exception to this has been made when it comes to respondents and surveys, where we continue to guarantee support for Internet Explorer until further notice.
Our website works best in modern browsers. If you're currently using Internet Explorer, we recommend that you switch to one of the following browsers which we can guarantee support for:
Report flaws in accessibility
Making our website and tools fully accessible is continuous work, and there may be parts that do not yet live up to this goal.
If you have problems using any part of the website, we would like you to contact us and tell us what does not work. In this way, you help us to improve the experience for other users as well. Of course, this also applies if you have questions about the information or suggestions for improvements.
