Challenge
Svenska Spel was interested in reviewing and replacing its existing survey tool with the hope of finding a tool that meets Svenska Spel's needs.
Svenska Spel continuously performs many types of surveys in several parts of the business, both internally and externally. The security of the survey tool was an especially important aspect because of the sensitive processed data.
Solution
In all parts of the Svenska Spel Group, there is a need to be able to carry out short and simple surveys. This applies to everything from an internal evaluation of a project to slightly broader satisfaction surveys of partners.
After an extensive evaluation, Svenska Spel decided on using Survey Generator.
Result
In no time, Survey Generator was established in large parts of the organization with many users, and the use of the tool is constantly increasing.
