Operational disruption is over
Update
The solution for the previous service disruption is now in place. We have had the DNS move under surveillance during the day and we can now confirm that it has had a global breakthrough. Thus, we can consider that the service interruption is over at 14:00 and all parts of the Survey Generator are working as normal.
Please get back to us if you experience any remaining problems.
We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding!

Our operations provider, Iver, has had technical problems with its DNS servers (name servers) starting on Sunday afternoon, which has affected our services. The problem manifests itself in the fact that you do not get name lookups for our web addresses and therefore cannot access the services. Not all visitors have been affected, but it depends on which name server you use on your computer.
This morning at 8:15 a.m. we moved our DNS to fix the problem, and the change is now propagated across the Internet to all name servers. The majority of nameservers have now received the update, but it may still be a while before everyone has received it. To work around this problem, you can e.g. use Google's name server with IP number: 8.8.8.8
We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you have not been too negatively affected. An investigation is ongoing with the supplier as to why this has occurred and how we can prevent it from happening again.
