How do I get started?
Since Survey Generator is web-based, you don't need any installations to get started. All you need is a web browser and your credentials.
Contact us, and we can discuss which pricing plan is best suited for you and your organisation. After choosing a pricing plan, we open a subscription, and you get your credentials to get started.
Can I try Survey Generator before committing to a plan?
Absolutely, contact us to get you started with a trial account.
I only need to create one survey, is that possible?
Yes, this is possible with the Single Survey license. The price depends on how many respondents your survey have. Contact us for an estimate.
What help is available for me to get started?
You can start at once, without any special training. It is quick and easy to write questions and respondents and distribute the survey. A tool wizard helps you create your questionnaire, step-by-step.
We also offer training courses if you need extra support or want to learn more about the tool.
Some of the respondents don't speak the language of my survey. What do I do?
Survey Generator has support for over 50 different languages. Use the multi-language function, and the respondent can then decide in what language to answer your survey.
I need help with my survey, what do I do?
If you need technical support, you can always contact us, weekdays between 9-17.

I don't have the e-mail addresses to some of my respondents, how can I solve this?
